Unveiling of the Miracle of Bonasan in Tehran’s City Park
Miracle of Bonasan, a documentary-drama
produced and directed by Habib Ahmadzadeh was unveiled and screened in Tehran’s
City Park in the presence of cast and crew, artists, war veterans and the
family of Iranian victims of chemical weapons.
Miracle of Bonasan, a documentary-drama produced and directed by Habib
Ahmadzadeh was unveiled and screened on 22 February 2023, in Tehran’s City Park
public library hall in the presence of cast and crew, artists, war veterans and
the family of Iranian victims of chemical weapons (CW) followed by honoring the
cast and crew, survivors of CW and the families of the victims of CW. The movie’s
screening in Art and Experience cinemas* was launched simultaneously.
In the beginning of the ceremony hosted by Parviz Parastouei, Ehsan Abdi,
the Iranian cinema director and writer narrated a piece dedicated to humanitarian
and peaceful work of Dr. Tsuya
and Pro. Freilinger.
Then, Mohsen Sharifian performed live music and presented it to Dr.
Tsuya and her companions from MOCT. Afterwards,
a Peace Commemorative Coin was offered to the families of Mr. Ali Rajabi
Dehkordi, Mr. Hedayotollah Roustapour, Mr. Gholam Hashemi,
and Mr. Hasan Fazli, some of the Iranian victims of CW who had passed
away during the COVID pandemic.
Then, the following were awarded on behalf of all the veterans and artists present
with the Unknown Heroes Statue (In remembrance of DaryaQoli Sourani
statue, the hero of the Zolfaghari Epic of Abadan in 1980):

a lifetime effort for humanity and peace in Iran and around the world.

Noriyuki Asakura, for composing
for and acting in the Miracle of Bonasan
·
The family of Ms. Koniko
Yamamura (Saba Babai) (RIP) to commemorate a lifetime effort to
promote religion, humanity and building bridges between Iranian veterans of CW
and Japanese Hibakushas

Molla Saleh Qari, Iranian Arab
prisoner of war
·
Dr. Mohammadreza Soroush on behalf of
the Nikan Hospital medical staff, to appreciate their sacrifice and
dedication during the COVID pandemic
·
Sasan Hospital medical staff
for decades of service to CW survivors and their families
·
Mr. Mohammadreza Taghipour
Moghaddam, war veteran and the director of Tehran Peace Museum for a lifetime effort
to transfer righteous values of defense and peace to the next generation

The family of Mr. Akbar Alami
(RIP), prominent Iranian cinema artist

Parviz Parastouei, for a lifetime
sincere companionship and constant partnership in the grief and suffering of
the veterans and the people of Iran
Members of MOCT NPO from Japan and other Iranian artists including Kiumars
Pourahmad, Homayoon Asaadian, Maziar Miri, Mostafa RazzaghKarimi, Majid Shatti, Adel Memarnia, Mehrdad Afrasiabi and Zeinab Ahmadzadeh were among the
guests.
