The Miracle Of Bonasan

The documentary- drama movie Miracle of Bonasan, the Giene, directed by Habib Ahmadzadeh was accepted in the Eastern Manifestation section of 38^th Fajr International Film Festival. 38^th Fajr International Film Festival was held from 26 May 2021 for a week in Tehran.

In the news conference for this movie which was held on 29 May 2021 in Charsoo Cinema Complex, the festival’s venue, some of the cast and crew including Parviz Parastouei (actor) and Habib Ahmadzadeh (director) were present. They described this movie as a movie praising peace, created to show gratitude to Dr. Shizuko Tsuya.

In the beginning of the news conference, Ahmadzadeh described the main reason behind the creation of this movie as “Sometimes, one feels they must thank another one in any possible way, maybe through writing a story, drawing a painting or making a movie. This movie is indeed to thank Dr. Shizuko Tsuya who is the main foundation of this piece and has supported Iranian victims of chemical weapons in Japan for many years.”
