Mehr News Agency: M. Ali Bashe-Ahangar, the Iranian director
whose movie Cinema Metropol, was screened during the 41st International
Fajr Film Festival, published an open-letter following the screening of The Miracle
of Bonasan.
In this letter (In Persian), Bashe-Ahangar,
describes his experience of watching
the movie in presence of the cast and crew including Dr. Shizuko Tsuya and Parviz
Parastouei. He values the humanitarian work of the three main characters, Dr.
Tsuya, Pro. Freilinger and Parastouei which has reduced the pain and suffering
of those affected by wars and disasters. He admires Ahmadzadeh’s magical scenes,
a director who knows how to bring scenes from all around the world together so they
can be affective. Bashe-Ahangar believes that this illustrates the immorality
of producing weapons of mass destruction and introduces role models who can
heal the wounds of this world with their dedication and kindness.
