The Movie That Brings Iranians and Japanese Together

Ahmadzadeh was screened in Japanese with Persian subtitle in the embassy of
Japan in Tehran with the presence of cast, crew, Iranian artists and Japanese guests.
The event was opened by H.E. Mr. Ikawa
Kazutoshi, the ambassador of Japan in Tehran. He welcomed the guests and stated
that he has heard about this movie from various channels and this is an opportunity
for the embassy to host the guests and screen a movie that brings peoples of
two nations closer, and to watch together the harmful consequences of the use
of atomic bombing against Hiroshima and chemical weapons against Iran.
After the screening, Mr. Kazutoshi stated
that he is happy to have watched a movie filled with humanity and peace. “All this
new information was transferred to me and the audience in an artistic manner. I
was saddened by all the pain and suffering. From now on, my efforts not only as
a diplomat, but also as a human being will be promoting the humane perspective
that was featured in this movie and to facilitate the screening of this movie in
my country” he said.
Japanese diplomats and citizens as
well as some Iranian artists were among the guests.
